Aggregate the use of hotel reservation details such as room rates, transaction details, pre-authorization, billing, and room service tabs.

Housing Prices

Room Rates The tab displays the accommodation price for this list, making it easy to verify and respond to guests.

Typically includes:

Nightly rates
Total entry fee for the entire section
Other pricing information related to this reservation

Transaction details

Transaction Details All financial statements for corresponding reservations, commonly including:

Room fees
Other recorded expenses (such as additional services, customer losses, etc.)
Funds received
Outstanding balance (Transaction balance shown on the page)

Transaction details are recorded in account pages in separate windows; Account Page 1 defaults to room rate-related; other account pages can be used according to store habits.

If the reservation has been prepaid, the transaction details may display a red notification indicating that payment has been received; please refer to the interface for details. Pre-authorization

Pre-authorization is used to temporarily occupy a certain amount on the customer's bank card without immediately deducting funds. Common uses:

Deposit or guarantee covering smoking, passenger damage, missing items, or other contingent costs
When the store believes additional financial support is needed

Pre-authorization does not mean actual payment collection; Payment is only completed when a deduction is required. For operations, see Hotel transactions and pre-authorization.

Bill

The Bill tab displays invoicing/billing information related to this reservation, mostly used for financial or business invoicing needs.

In most scenarios, simply provide the receipt from the transaction details to the customer; Bills tabs are usually used less frequently.

Room Service

Room Service The tab can arrange additional housekeeping services for your booking, such as:

Daily cleaning
Change towels and linens
Other room requests
